Two security staff are on duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week. They screen all visitors at entry; engage in regular patrols covering the whole property; and supervise outside surface areas, including parking, and garage parking. They also maintain surveillance of common area by regular patrols and via remote cameras.
- Cleaning Staff
- There are two full-time cleaning staff responsible for cleaning the common elements of the building.
- Meeting Rooms
- Five executive meeting rooms are available to tenants. Meeting rooms hold from 6 to 10 guests.
- Party Room
- The party room has a maximum occupancy to 90 persons, and includes the adjacent kitchen.
- Fitness Facilities
- Our fitness facilities include an Indoor Pool, Hot Tub, Sauna, Gym, Yoga Room, and a Squash / Racketball Court. These facilities are accessible to both residential and commercial tenants.
- There is a private patio at the rear of the building. This area is secured and monitored by the on-site security.
- Security System
- Each unit is equipped with a security alarm which is monitored by on-site security guards.
- Parking Units
- Parking units are to be used exclusively for private motor vehicles. Fire regulations prohibit the storage of any items: bins, wood shelving, boxes and other structures in a parking unit.
- Visitor Parking
- On-site visitor parking is available for the benefit of the M.T.C.C. 675 owners/residents only.
For visitors of the commercial units there is metred parking available on the North and South sides of Carlton Street in front of the building. This paid parking is available from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm on weekdays.
